Dr. Anna-Maria Yiannikos has been practicing dentistry for over 23 years and is a pioneer in the field of Dental Lasers and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her Clinical Research about Dental Lasers received a Golden Award in ISLD Congress in Berlin 2006.
She is also the Course Director, in cooperation with Pr. Gutknecht, of the new, innovative Dental Business Administration program under the name DBA and the AALZ (Aachen Dental Laser Centre) umbrella to be held jointly in Cyprus and Germany. Dr. Yiannikos is an Adjunct Faculty Member of the AALZ at RWTH Aachen University Campus and a lecturer for the Master Course “Laser in Dentistry” for the Marketing Module in RWTH AACHEN University Germany. She also established AALZ Cyprus Ltd. Franchise of the AALZ Germany in Cyprus. Furthermore she has acted as keynote speaker in numerous International Congresses for Lasers in Dentistry and also represented Cyprus at the World Federation for Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Yiannikos has two Master Degrees, one in Lasers (MSc.,) and one in Business Administration (MBA)., and has recently completed a Master Clinician Programme in Aesthetic Dentistry, in UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).
The purpose of this presentation is to create a basis for every dental clinic in order to perform better every day tasks and maximize the efficiency of its staff as well as have a high standard quality services.
It is consisted of 5 basic steps with a small analysis of each step as well as smart and easy daily tips.
